I have lost File, Edit, View, Tools, in Interntet Explorer.
How do I get it back?

I've tried hitting the F11 key and also repairing through www.dougknox.com.
It comes up as repaired, but the menu is still not there.

Did you close all browser windows before using the Toolbarrepair fix from
Doug's site? If not, the tweak may not work.

Try deleting the following key in registry:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]
