Menu bar in Outlook

I think it is the menu bar. It shows the word "timeslips" about eight times
in a row. This is up at the top of the window. We do run timeslips on this
computer. Why is that word appearing there? and why is it repeated the 8
times? Thanks. Scott in Austin MN
 
It is an issue with how that application detects its own toolbar and, if
necessary, creates it.
You can reset the Toolbar by renaming outcmd.dat to .old but the real fix
would lie by the software maker of Timeslips.
