I upgraded from Millenium to EP. One program will not
open and the message says insufficient memory and can not
run 16 bit program. This program ran fine on Millemium.
My system has 256MB of RAM. Do I need more?

More to his question, NO he doesn't need more RAM; it's not
the problem. It -might- be an incompatability or just a bad
install. Look up Compatability Mode; might make it work
that way. The OP should have given more details.

If your trying to run a 16 bit program in XP, right click the program,
or the program Icon and run it in Compatibility mode. That should work
for you.
