ok-when i run a certain program i get a message after a
while tellingme that i am low on virtual memory and it is
requesting more-what do i need to do to fix this-i'm sure
this is a simple problem but i am not very good at all of
this-thank you

Please look into the possibility of page file size option from the my computer, system properties, advanced, settings choose option "let windows choose whats best for my computer. dis able error reporting. This would do the trick.

Check for your bios ram cards maybe overheating.
