My PC doesn't recognize a Memory USB Kingston. I tested this Memory USB
Kingston in another PC that runs Debian and it is recognized. I tested the
USB port of the PC that runs XP with another Memory USB and it is recognized.
Anyone knows how I can fix it?

Have all of your computer's USB ports been tested? Does any other
USB device work in these ports? If not, then check whether or not
USB is enabled in bios setup. If enabled, then contact Kingston for
support.

Sorry...did not catch the part about the test with another USB memory.
Re-insert the Kingston stick. Under Computer Management, check if the
Kingston USB stick is seen in Disk Management. If it does not have a
drive letter, assign it one. OTOH, if not seen under Disk Management,
go up to the Removable Storage and try to enumerate the device under
Media or Libraries.
