memory test wait state

Is there a memory test that would tell me the wait states of my PC3200 DIMM
DDR memory? Usually CL=2.5 or 3

You can use CPU-Z or SiSoft Sandra to find out this information. Just do a
Google (or Windows Live, lol) search to find these applications. Both are
free (there is a pay version of Sandra but the free version is good enough.)
