Memory settings for Corsair XMS PC 3500, advise please

What is the best and stable setting for these modules? I am using two
512 meg sticks. Mine are set at 7-3-3-2 and wonder if 6-3-3-2 is better or
faster? Thanks.

The fastest settings for your type mem should be 5-2-2-2 @120%
