Memory Resident Programs

Is there some way to show what programs are memory resident on Win2000?
My
Windows Task Manager shows that out of 261600 kb of Physical Memory, I
only have around 17748 kb available and 96880 in the system cache. I
assume that most
of the used memory is due to memory resident programs, like Norton
Antivirus, and
windows system programs. If I increased my physical memory to 500000kb,
would
I see a greater proportion of available memory, and would my computer
run a whole
lot faster?

Yes, you should see quite a difference going to 512 mB and notice lots less
paging.
