Memory Refrence 0X734305BE, Explorer.EXE Fails at startup

After a user has logged in I get a message that explorer.exe has failed and I
get the memory refrence 0X734305. This has happened on two seperate computers
both systems have given the exact same memory refrence. One system running XP
home edition, and the other Tablet PC edition. Both systems are running
service pack two. The problem started around november 8th 2004. Anyone else
having this problem?
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
