I currently have (2) sticks of 256 MB DDR PC 2100 266MHz in my system. I
want to add more memory and want to find out if
I add (2) 512MB PC2700 DDR DIMM Memory will they work together ok?

The two 256 sticks are currently set up in Dual Channel mode.

Generally speaking, yes, PC2700 is backwards compatible and
should work fine with an existing PC2100 module.

However, there is the same potential for instability as there
would be if you added another PC2100 module, that some
motherboards are less stable with multiple modules installed.

After adding the memory, run http://www.memtest86.com for several
hours prior to booting to the operating system, to be sure there
are no errors.
