I download a lot of things and some of them only get
partially downloaded. When I look for the partial files
on my hard disk, I can't find them, but they still take
up a lot of space. How do I delete partially downloaded
files?!?!?!?!

How do you know they are taking up space if you can't find them?

Yes, we all have memory problems, mine is from old age.

You must know the filename in order to search for it, write it down
before downloading. Try Search. Also look in My Documents, maybe My
Received Files.

Create a "Downloads" folder (preferably on a different partition), and
before starting a download you can browse to that folder, select it, and
it will become the default. Then, create, and keep, a .txt file in that
folder listing each download and what it does. Ex:
ar500enu.exe...Acrobat reader. That one has been sitting there for a
year and a half. Without the reference I probably wouldn't recognize
it.

This doesn't work for Windows updates, they are usually in C:\Windows
somewhere. They are all numbered. Write down the no. before
downloading. Check for them in Control Panel>Add Remove Programs, or in
C:\Windows.
