Memory Problem

When my wife goes into her site, she gets a little window that pops up
stating "ImNotfy, out of memory", what is it and how do I fix it?

My wife also states that when she is using the internet, the site she is on
will just shut down.

I do not get this pop up, and my internet works okay while I am on my site.

Confusing because we are both on the same computer.

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Operating system: 5.1.2600
Service Pack: 2.0

Intel Pentium III processor, Version: x86 Family 6 Model 8 stepping 10
Speed: 1002 MHz

Local Disk: Total Capacity: 37.27 GB, used: 8.10 GB, Free: 29.16 GB

Memory (RAM) capacity: Unknown

Is there any one who can help me, please.

Thank You,

Cougar

The hell? Is this what is says in system properties? That's Not Good,
if so.

Hit the windows logo key + pause, to bring up the system properties.
RAM info is under the General tab. Many p3s did not ship with enough
RAM to run XP well. XP boots on 64mb, but, it's painful. An XP machine
should have at least 256mb ram.

IMnotfy is a part of a legit app, though not part of windows.

THere are four main theories, all realted to RAM.

virus/spyware eating up system resources. and therefor not enough ram
to do what you want.

quickstarters. ugh. they're resouse hogs.

not enough ram in general.

a failure of the ram, in some way.

To get details of RAM memory right click on the My Computer
on your Desktop and select Properties. The information is given on the
general tab.

Hope this helps.
