Memory Paging Files

I received an error message that I needed to increase the
memory paging files setting under the advanced tab of the
visual performance selection under the Advanced Tab
selection of the System Propeties under the Control
Panel. When I set the custom memory paging files to a
larger setting than originally set at, the new setting
did not take effect when I rebooted the system. Any
suggestions?

When you change the size of the paging file you will need to press the "Set"
button, then Apply then OK. Reboot.

Just fixed the same thing. There's a Microsoft KB on it.
Don't remember number. Here's the answer -- You need
application accelerator from INtel for your chipset.
