Memory Leak

BlankIn the last month RAM usage increased very much.
I am using about 250MB of ram with nothing extra running.
Windows Explorer is using 76MB of RAM.
After having my computer on for 4 hrs. I am using
about 100MB more ram than normal.
What do I have to do to fix it.
