Memory Leak explorer.exe Please help!

Hi, when I start my computer the explorer.exe file is only using about 10,
000 memory usage, however the longer my computer is on the more it rises.
When it gets to about 300, 000 I get a virtual memory low message and I have
to restart. I tried just about everything, please help this is a big problem.
The file is explorer.exe.
 
Have you scanned for viruses and spyware? There are many forms that utilize
explorer.exe and may be causing the problem. Be sure to update the
definitions for all installed programs you run.
