Hi, I want to buy more memory for my computer but the
store asked me what kind of memory i needed, either DDR or
SD? Does anyone know where I can find this info? I use
windows 98 and have a compaq presario 5060. Thanks

Your Compaq Presario 5060 will support up to
256MB of SDRAM RAM.

Memory is not specific to Windows 98. You need to know what type the
computer's motherboard requires. Since you know the model number, you can
check on the major memory makers' web site like Kingston, Crutial and
Corsair.

Compaq Presario 5060 is pretty old PC already should be using SDRAM.
That Presario must be about a 1998 manufacture date, Right
