We have been experiencing memory dumps on Windows 2000 professional. We have
not been able to isolate the issue to software or hardware. I have several
memory dumps and my question is what tools can be used to view them. And if
there is a tool can it be used to view mini-dumps also. Does anyone have any
suggestions on troubleshooting memory dumps? I have the error codes.

What are the error codes? Are these machines all similar as far as
hardware/software?

I can send a few of the error codes but we have an average of 22 dumps a day
and the error codes seem to be different. Yes they should have the same
software installed. We have created a unattended installation that has
installed over 10,000 terminals. Recently we have been using this
installation on another 3000 terminals and encountering many memory dumps.
The hardeware is the same based on what we have access to. We use WMI to
generate our inventory of hardware. Our plans include testing some of the
memory in terminals.

Also, while going through windows unattended installation we have been
having many terminals hang on copying files from the network. We instruct
tech to change out memory or Hard drive and start install over and it works.
Are there any logs that state if the tech bypasses file in a microsoft log.
