WHAT NO CRASH DUMP ARRRRRRRRGH

I've tried enabling:

mini, kernal and full dump none work. I can generate BSOD using CTL
scroll scroll but no dump and no event even though both are enabled.

Checked that Page file is greater than memory and is on primary.
Memory = 392MB.

I need to generate crash dump to analyse a USB Mass storage problem

(0xC0000005, 0X8041FB81, 0X00000000, 0X00000047)
KMODEEXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Any help would be appreciated

Automatic reboot is enabled. But doesn't work, i.e BSOD but no reboot

Come on you MS professionals, I've seen of few messages describing
this sort of problem with no response.

I also suffered from such bluescreen memory dump (w/out restarting.) o(T^T)o
But In my case, first insertion works fine. but Windows crashed 2nd insertion.
I'm suspecting false cleanup or broken registry.

If anyone knows similar symphtom and resolution, please let me know, too.

Whew~, I am planning to remove all the USB enumerated hardware in registry...
But am afraid of doing harm the integrity of my Windows 2000 pro.
