I was wondering if any one had seen this error message before, a little
history.

A client had there Lotus notes connector repaired when the machine was
rebooted the connector fail to work again, after reinstalling the connector
and reapplying the service pack to exchange 2000 the client restarted the
machine while it was still busy starting straight after the service pack,
they then decided the machine was broken and decided to do a system state
restore, I managed to reinstall exchange and the service pack and the
connector but the system was really flakey, the machine rebooted itself with
the memory dump code.
0x0000001e,(0xc0000005,0xdd46e372,0x00000000,0x00000840)

The machine is running windows 2000 with service pack 4 i was just wondering
if the service pack need to reinstalled? and what does this code mean , i
cant find it in the knowledge base anywhere.

thanks

Search the knowledge base for 0x1e or 0x0000001e,(0xc0000005, and you
will get some basic information. Is there a file or driver (.sys file)
associated with the error?
