memory could not be written

Hello,
I am installing a software that I already installed in
other 3 computers, but in this one I get an error message:

The instruction at "0x77805a10" referenced memory
at "0x000c6000". The memory could not be "written". Click
on OK to terminate the program.

I checked that computer had Kernel memory dump, and I
changed it to complete memory dump, but I still have the
same error message.
I also reboot the computer but nothing is working.
What else may I try
