memory could not be read

When I try to run IE i get the error message
the instruction at "0x5c2d622c" refferanced memory at
"0x5c2d622c". The memory could not be "read"

the knowledge base referanced the gfollowing

But nothing works. any help?

Rule out parasites which are causing similar error messages.
