application error

When I log on to my wife's Southwest Airline's account I
get a message,Iexplorer-Application Error. "instruction
at "0x6368201e" referanced memory at "0x00000028". Memory
could not be read.
Can anyone tell me what is causing this and what I can do
to correct it. I have Iexplorer 6.1 and have Windows 2000
professional Edition.
