Memory could not be read when Saving Excel using a macro

Hi to all....

I have an excel workbook which uses userforms to get input and display data to the users.

Everything works fine within the workbook, except when quitting.

I have attached a macro to the Exit button on the userform, which saves the Workbook and then closes the workbook without closing Excel.

Just after saving, Excel quits with the error "An exception has occurred........ memory could not be read"

Pls help as this is driving me nuts.

I am using Office 97 on Win NT SP6.
