Memory could not be read OX2011941D when shutting down Windows XP

I was shutting down my Windows XP system today. I use Microsoft Small
Businses Edition 2003 and Norton INternet Security Suite (the most
recent) that came with my almost new Dell computer.
I got a memory could not be read error message, didn't get to write it
down but clicked "cancel" which is the option to fix it. The computer
however just finished shutting down. I restarted it, worked in an
application or two, and then went to shut the computer down by turning
it off. It started to shut down, but then went into a grey background
mode, I pressed Turn Off computer again, and it went to the normal blue
and as it was shutting down I got a Memory Could Not Be Read Error, and
it looked like it was Ox2011941D, which I have been unable to find. 1)
what is this error, and what's causing it? 2) Is it normal to have
error messages 2-3 times a week in a 2 month old Optiplex Dell
computer? Thanks.

What was your problem? This was a memory error I got once in shutting
down. I was trying to research what could cause the problem. My
computer otherwise is working fine.
