memory configuration of the PocketPC2002-Emulator

Do anyone know how to change the memory configuration of the PocketPC2002-Emulator
Default value is 16MB. I'll need 6
 
In the VS.NET IDE select Tools/Options/Device Tools/Devices. Select the
PocketPC 2002 emulator and click on Configure. Now click on the System tab
and enter the desired amount of memory.

Make sure to shut down and restart the emulator (without using the "Save
emulator state" option). That should increase the amount of emulator memory.
