Memory cannot be read?

Everytime I close my Internet Browser (Version
6.0.2800.1106) It says

The Instruction at "0x01a337c8" referenced memory
at "0x01a337c8" . The Memory could not be "read".

Click on ok to terminate the program.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

This type error is usually spyware\parasite related ....
