memory access violation

Everytime I boot up I get n error message- memory access
violation in module kernel32@ 2782:34777713. These numbers
change everytime. Also, my cable connection goes down
several times daily-I have to left click on local area
connections and do a repair-is this related to my first
issue?

You've got the Swen or Gibe virus. Go to www.sarc.com and read all about
it. Removal instructions and tools are there, too.
