Here's hoping Firefox isn't a dirty name here: Everytime I close the
browser I get the above error report. I cannot find a work around within
my powers to use. I am fairly certain this is a Microsoft generated
problem. Can someone help, please. TIA

I guess I'm talking to myself here :-)

I have since discovered that there is a hotfix for my problem. My
question now is why does Microsoft make it so hard to obtain, not just
posting it as they do for other hot fixes? My XP os is OEM from Newegg,
so I fear there would be nothing but aggravation getting someone to
help; could I be right about this?
