Membership-typ database for fitness center

What's up wise ones? I have a need that must be taken care pretty quickly. I need to know where can get a sample Fitness Center-type Membership database. I need to look at the keys and the relationsips between tables so that I can complete a project for a customer. It should have member info, a payment history from day one to present, payment options including "charge to account" option, membership type-monthly or contract, etc.... I need it to be robust

Please provide any assistance possible

There are some Data Models at
http://www.databaseanswers.com/data_models/index.htm. A brief view of a
couple and the "club members" looks a bit spartan. The "Golf Club
Membership" is a better model.
