Meetings display incorrect in Outlook 2000

We have some computers using Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2000.
When a user with Outlook 2002 sends a calendar meeting invitation to a
user that has Outlook 2000, it comes in as an email with a bunch
"header text" and does not have the "Accept" option.

Any suggestions?
 
It's a known issue when a meeting request with a reminder on it is sent from
Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2000. See
