Meeting schedule on calendar 1 hour off

R

Rick

In a group of 8 persons, when one sets a meeting say
1:00pm-2:00pm, two members have their calendars show the
meeting at 2:00pm-3:00pm instead of 1-2:pm the rest show
correct meeting time. All have the same time and zone
settings. The group use W2K and Outlook 2002.

I have experienced this problem in Outlook 2000 & 2002. Verify that the
clock is checked to adjust for daylight savings. This corrected the issue
for our scheduling.

This is my problem, except DST is checked in windows and
outlook. The time zone is correct and my appointments are
still off by an hour. I am running Windows XP
Professional and Outlook 2003.
