Meeting rqst shows as accepted by delegate

A meeting request gets sent to Manager - and copied to Delegate.
Delegate hasn't actioned the request yet, but the meeting shows as
'accepted' by the delegate when you check the Managers calendar!

How can the meeting request be accepted when the delegate hasn't even looked
at the invite yet?

Pls help!

The delegate might have auto accept meeting requests set to "ON"
Please verify with the delegates personal settings in Outlook.
