Meeting requests by delegate get automatically cancelled

We have a user in our office who is set as an executive's delegate with
"Editor" status. When she sends a meeting request out (either to a
distribution list or to individual contacts) they get automatically cancelled
after a few minutes. Cancellation notices go to all invitees.

The executive does sync their Outlook with their blackberry and I've read
that this can cause some problems. The timing of the cancellations doesn't
coincide with syncing though. Any help would be appreciated

His Blackberry has already beed wiped and resynced.
We are using BES, the messages and calendar items are being sync with BES.
He does not delete mails from BB.

How do they sync? BES or Desktop manager? Do they delete mail from the BB
and reconcile?
