Meeting Request

I created a meeting request and included Franchisee Support (distribution
list), Joe Blow, Joe Blow and Joe Blow. After I sent the meeting request it
listed everyone in the Franchisee Support list (except two people) to the
Optional attendees field. Why would it do this if they were originally
included in the Required field? The computer the meeting was sent from is an
Outlook 2003 box and the other computer is an Outlooks XP pro Box - if that
matters.

I get this too from time to time. Just randomly adds users in as optional,
when I haven't specified this and they should indeed be REQUIRED?? Very odd
and I can find nothing about it on here or on the MSKB
