Meeting Confirmations

Tom

Hi there,

I have Exchange 2003 + Outlook 2003.

I have some mailboxes set up as Resources and use these for meeting rooms.
When I create a meeting request and schedule it in using a resource, I would
like to receive an email from the Resouce saying that the meeting has been
accepted.

I'm sure I have seen this elsewhere in previous places I worked but I can't
get it to do what I want to do.

I have logged into Outlook as the resource and set it to automatically
accept meeting requests but can't find a way to get it to send
confirmations.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Tom

It can't. I would be interested to know the script/vba program/macro that
allowed this from the previous places you worked.

The Auto Accept Agent for Exchange should do what the original poster
was asking for.
