Medical Dictionary for spell checker on form

I am using an Access form to key data entry for radiology
transcription notes. Can I use an "add on" application as
an alternative dictionary for the spell checker? Please
advise, thanks for your help. Cindy

There are custom medical dictionaries that you can add to the spell checker.
Access uses the same spell checker as all the office applications. Here's
