Tried to fix spellchecker & made it worse-how do I fix it?

I followed your directions to add words and other dictionaries to my spell
checker and it now has no word list and does not check any words. It had me
put in a path name and now I cannot get it out. Do I have to completely
remove Microsoft suite from my computer and put it back on to have it check
the dictionaries?

HELP...

I am taking a medical transcription course and need spell checker ASAP.
