Thinking of downloading MediaPlayer 10. I have MediaPlayer 9 at the moment.
Anyone had any probs or has any advice to give about the new version? Thanks
for any input.

My personal thoughts.....stick with MP 9. MP10 is ok, but seems to lack
some of the features I liked in 9.

Like what features does it lack (as it has more as well as the same of 9!)?

Another personal thought:
If you want something like the Radio Player, I didn't find it on MP 10, but
if you ONLY want to play CDs, I think it will be fine

I downloaded the 10 version, and you're right, no radio player! i deleted
it and went back to 9.

The radio player IS there, but you have to work to find it.

Click on Guide, Radio, Then look on the page for Radio Tuner. Click and
VOILA!

Hope this helps.

Hmmm... something must be amiss then. I have the MP 10 and it most
definitely HAS the radio player.

The positioning of the buttons in 9 (on the top right) was great, I don't
quite understand why they changed that. Apart from that 10 allows you to
rip to mp3 format as well, which wasn't previously available in 9. Makes
life that much easier if you have an mp3 cd player and if you need to burn
mp3 discs. There are some good features in the playlist and now playing
buttons. Picture files are added to the media library.

Actually, the Radio selection is already their in the Menu bar, and that is
the one to use, as one can choose any station they want from there, as long
as MSN Music is the selection (in the drop down button next to the MSN
butterfly on the top right).
