Is there anything I can download for free that will allow
me to listen to internet radio and is equivalent to Real
One Plus?

Windows Media Player has a radio tuner.

You can get it from this microsoft site,copy and paste it
to your address bar,then select download.I like the radio
tuner on it,I also enjoy going to my favorite radeo sites
and downloading their players,like www.wtam.com
(Cleveland Ohio 1100 AM)most have a listen to link.You'll
have to load a program file to get them to run.And like
Drew Carry says Cleveland ROCKS!!!!!
