i am not able to a cd in the media player unless i have
connected to the internet. i do not know what has went
wrong with the program but i would like to know if i need
to download a newer version. help me please

What has "went" wrong, you mean gone wrong. You did not

state if you are getting an error message. What is your
current version? Does your CD-ROM work with other types
of CDs? You've created more questions than answers. The
latest version is 9.0 but most people are still using 8.0
