last night, media player 9 stopped pulling up on my
computer. If i clicked on a video link, media player
would show up on my start bar, but it would never pull
up. I would get the sound from the video, but no video.
I downloaded media player 10, but it would do the same
thing

Are you able to maximize the application from taskbar. If
so, you'll need to adjust the launch properties in the
shortcut as well as in the file types/actions (use -maximize
as switch in actions)
