Media Player Update

Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script Commands
(KB828026)
Date last published: 5/15/2004

I received this update and downloaded and installed. Yet
it keeps telling me that it is available. How do I get
rid of it?

Is Windows Update telling you this or is Automatic Updates constantly
downloading and applying the patch?
