critical update windows media player

I am runing XP and everytime I boot up my automatic
update wants me to download ( critical update for windows
media player script comands KB828026 )
I have done this several times yet it is still asking me
to download the update.
Anyone else experiencing this one or have the fix?

Hi CB,
you uninstall it.Then you download and install it from catalog option at
the update site.Hope it helps.
