Open Windows Media Player and select HELP from the Toolbar.

What you essentially want to do is copy your audio CD
(using Windows Media Player) to your hard drive, then
use WMP to record the newly created audio file to a CD.

For a 2000 - 2002 Chevolet ( including GMC ) you need a wave format for your
cd player. Jym

I understand this:

What you essentially want to do is copy your audio CD
(using Windows Media Player) to your hard drive, then
use WMP to record the newly created audio file to a CD.

What I need to know is how do I change it from a wma to a wav file.
I have been to the wmp help, unfortunately they do not speak plain english
and since I am not a computer geek, I cannot comprehend. Thank you Jym for
that info.
