I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO DOWN LOAD THIS PLAYER AFTER PROMPTING
FROM MICROSOFT. I THOUGHT I HAD A SUCESSFUL DOWNLOAD AND
IT WORED FOR A TIME. HOWEVER I AM BEING PROMPTED AGAIN.HELP
