Media Player 9

I an using Windows 2000 Prof. I have downloaded Windows
Media Player 9.

I am interested in the features of recording analog music
from LP records and tapes, as well as video from cassets.
These features are available in Microsoft Plus! for
Windows XP. Are upgrades or downloads available for
Windows 2000 Prof.?
