media player 10

When using media player 10 I cannot connect to the internet to access "find
album info" even though I am already logged on using broadband. The error
page "dns error or cannot find server" keeps appearing. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how this can be fixed. Have tried LAN settings automatic
detection but no success with that either.
