Medal of Honor Pacific Assault delayed response

Hello there
was wondering if somebody else faced a wired problem I met with Medal of
Honor Pacific Assault (director's cut).
everything works fine, except that user inputs (mine!) whether through the
mouse or the keyboard is delayed for an instant.
IE. I moved the mouse, I move in the game but after a little delay.
I tried lowering the video settings and the refresh rate for not vain.
I have a 128 MB Radeon 9200 VGA, 3.0 Ghz hyper threading processor, 1.0 GB
RAM.
DirectX 9.0c installed.
Any ideas?

it could be your gfx being inadequate...MOH PA is a very
graphically demanding game, even my 9800 pro
struggles...try lowering your gfx setting to low or medium
 
Hey, I received MOH Pac Assault for Christmas and I still can't get it
to work. I called Technical Support and they said someone would get
back to me within 72 hrs. What a crock!! This is the 4th program in
the MOH series and it has a piece of garbage interface to connect in
multiplayer. This is the last game I ever buy from EA Games.
Save yourself alot of headaches and buy Call of Duty.

Whats the problem ? my neighbour had a problem with it.........it kept
saying "uninstall dvd emulation", i found out via Google that CloneDVD
caused the problem.......i deleted it......and........the game works
fine.....
