It means...

Search through X'd ziPs.
but not through x'd cabs.

x'd cabs are smaller than X'd ziPs, thus there is truth.
I'm still working on exPactly what the P means... perhaps
the Microsoft spelling of exactly/exPactly? And there lies
the seconP truth. It's kind of an upside down d, was
supposed to be Xd but Microsoft turned the d upside
down because they were confused on how to make a
search engine search through through cab files?

If you eXtenD it a little farther, turn the whole XP upside
down, you get dx, which is the fourth 16-bit general purpose
register on all microprocessors that XP runs on... which
indicates that the operating system as a whole is a fourth
rate operating system? <g>

Maybe the next OS will be named dl, in which case if you
turn that second 8-bit register name upside down of the
fourth general purpose 16-bit register, you'd get IP. How
nice. On the other hand, Microsoft could turn the high level
8-bit register over, dh and come up with YP... and that
would fall in line quite nicely after XP!
