ME Upgrade/FP 2002 Problem

I recently upgraded the Operating System on my IBM
ThinkPad from Windows 98SE to Windows ME. I have been
using Microsoft FrontPage 2002 for over a year and never
experienced the following problem that I am now having:

When trying to do an "Insert/File" of an Excel worksheet
in FrontPage 2002, I receive the following message:
"Could not load C:\Grade Upload.xls"

Can anyone help me with this issue?
 
Does IBM indicate that your specific ThinkPad model supports running Windows
ME or any other version of Windows, besides the version that it shipped
with?
